ChinaWebFoundry provides WordPress development, hosting, localisation, and digital marketing services for companies operating in or entering the Chinese market. Our services include, but are not limited to, WordPress engineering, China hosting, Baidu SEO, UX/UI design, Chinese content localisation, technical integration, and ongoing maintenance and support.

Work produced for clients as part of an engagement transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Invoices are due within 30 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to suspend services if payment remains outstanding for more than 15 days past the due date.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation of confidentiality survives for two years following the termination of the engagement.
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChinaWebFoundry makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold ChinaWebFoundry harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our website or services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice as specified in the relevant service agreement. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our website at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
