The Challenge: Practise What You Preach
BearingBridge AI helps large organisations adopt AI that “survives contact with reality.” They benchmark Western models like GPT and Claude against Chinese ones like Qwen and DeepSeek, and they’re blunt about when AI shouldn’t be used at all.
A firm that sells clear-eyed AI judgement has two things to get right on its own site. First, it has to load properly across the regions it works in, Hong Kong, Shanghai, the rest of Asia, and Europe, which means being reachable from inside China without the usual firewall drag. Second, and this is the one most consultancies miss, it ought to be the source an AI assistant points to when an executive asks who can help them adopt AI.
If you advise people on AI and an AI can’t find you, that’s an awkward look.

The Build: Reachable, and Quotable by Machines
We rebuilt the site to load cleanly on both sides of the firewall, hosting it so visitors in Hong Kong, Shanghai or Frankfurt all get a fast, reliable page. Overseas dependencies that stall in China were pulled out.
The interesting work was GEO. We structured the whole site so AI search engines can read it, understand it, and cite it: clear claims, answerable passages, clean machine-readable markup, an insights library written to be quoted rather than skimmed. When someone asks an assistant about pragmatic enterprise AI adoption, we wanted BearingBridge to be in the answer.
The Outcome: Cited, and Fast Everywhere It Operates
BearingBridge AI’s site now loads quickly across Asia and Europe, and it’s built from the ground up to be surfaced by AI search rather than buried under it.
For a consultancy whose credibility rests on understanding both AI ecosystems and both halves of the map, a site that performs across regions and gets cited by the tools it advises on is the proof in the pudding.
“We tell clients to build for how AI actually reads the world. We had to do that to our own site first. Now when you ask an assistant about real AI adoption, we’re in the answer.”
